1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be replaced within 7 days of the delivery date.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- Items must be produced in their original packaging, including tags, labels, and any supplements.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Customized or personalized items
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Underwear and swimwear for hygiene reasons (unless defective)
- Items marked as “non-returnable” on the consequence page
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, don’t hesitate to contact our client support team at returns@bridgetteenterprises.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to replace your item.
Please include the Return Authorization Number (RAN) inside the package you are returning.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns
- For Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For Other Returns: For returns not due to our error, you will be responsible for the recovery shipping costs. We advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your recovery, we will notify you via email.
If your return is approved, a reimbursement will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 14–21 business days.
Please note that the original shipping charge is non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error.
6. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process mentioned above.
Once the original item is returned, we will process the deal and ship the new item to you. You will obtain a verification email with tracking details once the exchange has been processed.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you obtain an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery.
We will arrange a substitute or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs.
8. Cancellations
Charges can be cancelled only within 12 hours after confirmation. Don’t hesitate to reach our customer support team as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process once delivered.
